My background and experience transcend beyond the area of perinatal mental health. I offer support to women in various stages of life. If you are struggling to find balance, overcome challenges of life, or desire to improve your overall wellness, I am committed to providing a safe space for you. Together we can help you become the best version of yourself, gain clarity and understanding, feel empowered to make better choices, and take gradual steps toward improving your quality of life.


I am a first generation Nigerian-American, wife, and mother of two young children. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, attending live concerts, catching up on a good movie or book, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach to our therapeutic relationship will be a non-judgmental space filled with warmth, compassion, and care. I use an Eclectic (Integrative) approach, adapting to the unique needs of each individual client. A wide range of treatment modalities will be utilized to help you reach your goals such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and operating from a strengths-based perspective.
