Asking for support is an act of courage and bravery. Therapy is a form of support that provides you with effective tools to navigate challenging situations and work through unresolved issues to improve your life.  It is also a process that takes patience and consistency. As your therapist, I aim to carefully examine and assess your presenting concerns and will tailor a treatment plan specific to your individual needs. I offer individual therapy for women seeking help on a wide range of issues. Due to COVID-19, all sessions are provided by HIPAA compliant telehealth.

 

Perinatal & Postpartum Wellness

Are you currently pregnant and find yourself feeling down and worrying excessively on most days? Or perhaps you a mother experiencing isolation, overwhelm, and exhaustion with little to no support? Do you find yourself struggling to enjoy this new transition in your life?  Well, you are not alone! Motherhood can be equally rewarding and challenging and you are not expected to enjoy all parts of this journey. My goal is to help you find balance, learn to be more intentional about prioritizing self-care, and develop ways to nurture the parts of yourself that have not been easy to love. Remember, you are enough! Even in your darkest moments, you are still valuable and everything your baby needs.

 

Group Therapy

The 4th trimester is referred to the 12-week period following childbirth. During this stage, women may experience difficulties adjusting to motherhood. Increasing your level of support is critical during this time. I will be offering a postpartum group for moms to offer support, connection, and encouragement. Details coming soon.
